Make Yourself Feel Good (With Science)
Hey guys- I am writing this post as I am sitting, stretching at the gym. I just did 30 minutes of spinning. I hate spinning! It fucking blows and makes my vagina bone hurt. Which I am only telling you to prove a point that I am putting my $ where my D is. That “D” is supposed to be a mouth.
At some point in the next few days, get your heart rate going. Endorphins are released, which makes you feel good in your body. It is science. I fucking hate working out. But right now I feel like Halle Berry. I WANT YOU TO FEEL THIS WAY TOO. If you already work out regularly this is not a new thing. Just in general, this is not a new thing.
You get one body for your whole life. No trade-backs! Just one, man! Make it work for you. It’s like a magic trick. Jump for 10 minutes and abracadabra, you feel pretty sweet and sexy. I already know you’re sexy so this is nothing new. But you deserve to feel sexy about yourself. Cause it’s true.
