Self-Love Moment of the Day
Hey Self-Esteemers!
I’m a big believer in being nice to yourself. So this is something I would like for you to do today. This one’s a BIGGIE! You don’t have to do it, it’s just fun.
• Make a video of you, for you. Speak in the third person and answer these questions! (or others that you’ve made up, that’s cool too):
1) What is something that (Your Name Here) does really well?
2) What’s something (Your Name Here) did that you really admire?
3) What is something (Your Name Here) does that makes you laugh?
Then keep this video somewhere safe. Wait until the end of the week (I’ll remind you when it happens) and then just watch it again. This is silly and great.
